Can we really deploy this without engineers?

Yes. Your team can build and deploy agents in under 10 minutes. Engineers might need to do a one-time SDK installation (literally copy-paste a script tag), but after that, zero engineering involvement needed for agent creation and deployment.

Can the copilot escalate to humans?

Yes. Tandem can hand off to human support when needed, passing along full context of what's been tried.

Who on my team would actually use this?
