1. What are cookies?

3. Third-Party tracking
Tandem uses PostHog, a product analytics platform. PostHog may set cookies for session tracking, event deduplication, and user engagement measurement. These cookies are served *only from .usetandem.ai.
We do not use third-party cookies or trackers from ad networks or social platforms.
4. Consent management
Tandem acts as a data processor. Customers using our widget must:
Provide clear notice and obtain any required end-user consent under applicable laws (e.g., EU ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, or state laws in the U.S.).
Implement a Cookie Banner or Consent Manager if legally required.
Configure widget behavior or use API flags to respect user opt-out preferences.
Consent on app.usetandem.ai is managed by Tandem.
5. Managing your preferences
If you’re an end-user of a service powered by Tandem:
You should contact the website or app owner (our Customer) to manage your cookie preferences or exercise your rights.
Some Tandem Customers may offer opt-out options such as “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” links or support the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.
6. Changes to this cookie notice
We will post any material updates here and e-mail Customers 30 days in advance. “Effective” date at the top will change accordingly.
